The controller for data processing on this website is the service provider named in the legal notice.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Host Europe GmbH (Hansestraße 111, 51149 Cologne, Germany). When the site is accessed, the server processes technically necessary access data in so-called server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, file requested, volume of data transferred, browser type). The processing serves to provide and secure the website on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking services. No personal profiles are created.
4. Embedded Lichess content (click-to-load)
On the "Live" page, the live status, the recent games of the bot account
@clrsrc_lc0 and - during a running game - an embedded board from lichess.org can
be shown. This content is not loaded automatically: only when you explicitly click
"Load Lichess content" does your browser establish a connection to lichess.org. Until then,
no data whatsoever is transmitted to Lichess.
After your consent, technically necessary data (in particular your IP address) is transmitted to Lichess. The provider is Association Lichess.org (France). I have no influence over this processing; information on it: lichess.org/privacy. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. On request ("remember my choice") the consent is stored in your browser's local storage so you don't have to consent again on every visit. You can withdraw this consent at any time by clearing this site's local storage in your browser.
5. External links
Links to GitHub and Lichess lead to external sites. Data is only transmitted to the respective providers when you click them; their privacy terms then apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise these, contact the address given in the legal notice.
